The data controller is VEG STUDIO S.R.L., a company registered in Romania under J12/3042/2020, VAT no. RO36813802 ("the Company" or "we").

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Company and role (optional)

  • Message content (via contact forms)

B. Data collected automatically:

  • IP address

  • Browser type and OS

  • Approximate location

  • Site activity (pages visited, session duration)

Collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • responding to inquiries via contact form;

  • commercial communications (newsletters, offers) with explicit consent;

  • improving user experience on the Website;

  • fulfilling legal obligations.

  • for as long as necessary for stated purposes, generally no more than 3 years from last contact;

  • or in line with legal obligations (e.g. tax documents – 10 years)

After the retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized.

You have the following rights under GDPR:

  • Rectification of inaccurate data

  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Restriction of processing

  • Objection to processing

  • Data portability

  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • File a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotection.ro

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 16. If such data is discovered, we will promptly delete it.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, firewalls, backups) to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data.

10. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on our website.
